Blessed Journey to Open Arms for Children
Our church family has six ladies that GOD has provided the opportunity to visit Open Arms for Children in Johannesburg, South Africa. The seven-day journey begins on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. (Kathy Broom, Beth Charney, Lori Sparks, Sharon Matz (Lappe), Charlotte Montanus and Anna Reynolds)
The trip highlights begin with meeting the children and enjoying time with them. An unexpected event was recently added – doing a 3-hour drive through a Game Reserve with some of the children to enjoy seeing animals in their natural habitat. After three days with the children, a tour of Cape Town begins. Lodging includes Garden Court Hotel Nelson Mandela Boulevard and the 12 Apostles Hotel.
